Yolanda Hadid’s New Hope Estate Back on Market After Offer Falls Through

Days after Yolanda Hadid revealed that her New Hope farmhouse was under offer, the $11 million estate returned to the market.

Just days after Yolanda Hadid revealed that her New Hope farmhouse was under offer, the $11 million estate has returned to the market, writes Charlie Lankston for Realtor.com.

The listing for the 32-acre property was updated on Oct. 8 to reflect an offer that had been made. The property remained active while the details of the deal were established. But as of Nov. 4, the same listing is no longer under offer.

The 61-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star first listed the family “sanctuary” in September for $10.88 million.

Hadid bought the property eight years ago, at a challenging point in her life, describing it as a place of healing and peace.

“Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life,” she said. “I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland. When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love.”

The farm also became a safe haven for her children, Gigi, Bella and Anwar.
