November events throughout Chester County offer residents another month of fall fun, writes Gina Lizzo for Main Line Today.
Here are five November events happening throughout the county to add to your calendar this month.
Fertility Dreams Foundation Gala—Exton. On Nov. 8, the Fertility Dreams Foundation will host its biggest annual fundraiser at Whitford Country Club. The foundation funds IVF for those struggling with infertility. The night promises dinner and dancing, with both general admission and VIP tickets available.
Fashion For All Event—Wayne. Set for Nov. 19 at 11:30 AM, the Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Greater Philadelphia’s annual fashion event will take place at Boyds Wayne. The organization will raise funds to support community wellness initiatives across the region.
Main Line Symphony Orchestra Fall Series—Wayne. On Nov. 21, the Main Line Symphony Orchestra will kick off its concert season with a performance at Valley Forge Middle School. The orchestra will perform works old and new, including the world premiere of a 2020 composition by Randy Navarre.
Kennett Square Holiday Light Parade—Kennett Square. Kick off the holiday season on Nov. 22 with a festive parade through downtown Kennett Square. The parade will include local musicians, dancers, classic cars, and more, in addition to a tree lighting ceremony with a Santa appearance.
Wayne Turkey Trot—Wayne. On Nov. 27, lace up your running shoes for this annual 5k benefiting the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The race ends outside the Great American Pub for the perfect post-race drinks and bites.
