The Chester County OIC (CCOIC) proudly welcomed the Fall Cohort of its Work Enclave program this October, marking the start of an exciting journey for seven new participants committed to personal and professional growth.
The Work Enclave is a five-week professional development program designed to support individuals at any stage of their career. Participants receive hands-on training in essential workplace skills, including conflict resolution, teambuilding, networking, and civic engagement.
Each graduate earns a National Retail Federation Customer Service Certification, along with resume and interview coaching to help them take the next step in their career path.
Through a partnership with the City’s Public Works Department, participants also engage in community improvement projects that promote pride and stewardship across Chester County. The program provides paid professional development opportunities, allowing individuals to grow while giving back.
Four cohorts are offered each year, each hosting up to twelve participants. Classes are held Monday through Wednesday, from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM.
