The highest-ranked Chester County company is Key Financial in West Chester at No. 16. The company, with 100 percent female ownership and one local office, reported revenue of $12.74 million in 2024. It has 33 local employees, including the top local executive Vince Kailis.
Restoration Solutions, based in Exton, sits at No. 39. Also 100 percent female-owned, the company reported $2.5 million in 2024 revenue from one local office. Restoration Solutions employs 10 people locally, led by top executives Victoria McCue and Lance McCue.
At No. 40 is Bala Financial in Phoenixville. With 100 percent woman ownership and one local office, Bala Financial reported $2.5 million in revenue in 2024. The company employs 5 people locally, with Julia Brufke-Wenger serving as the top executive.
Also in Phoenixville, Phoenix Tax Consultants comes in at No. 49. The 100 percent woman-owned firm reported $1.88 million in 2024 revenue from two local offices. It employs 7 people, with Julie Brufke-Wenger as the top local executive, as well.
