The 2025 Class of Power Women, recognizing Main Line leaders with vision and courage, includes five entrants from Chester County, writes Gina Lizzo for the Main Line Today.
Javonna Wylie, President and CEO of Chester County OIC, has a lifelong passion for giving back and inspiring change. While at Shippensburg University, she discovered her calling in social work. Her many accomplishments include the launch of the CCOIC’s Work Enclave transitional employment program.
Catherine Charlton of Kennett Square, President and CEO of Musicopia, leads programs bringing music and dance to local schools. The organization also partners with Philadelphia to support anti-violence efforts and create safe spaces for youth.
Lauren Ranalli became CEO of First Resource Bank, with locations in Exton, Wayne, and West Chester, in 2024. She also sits on the board of the West Chester School District Education Foundation and the Chester County Advisory Council for Elementary Catholic Education.
Tessa Jenkins of Chester Springs, owner of The Works Yoga & Wellness Studio, began her career teaching at Malvern’s Power Works. She now specializes in training new yoga instructors.
Jill Bauer launched Just Jill Media Group after spending 26 years as an on-air host with West Chester-based QVC. A native Californian, she still lives in West Chester and shares recipes, décor inspiration, style tips, and more at JustJill.com.
