Javonna Wylie Named to ‘Main Line Today’ List of Power Women of 2025

Javonna Wylie has been named one of Main Line Today’s 2025 Power Women. She will be honored at the annual Power Women Summit on Oct. 23.

Chester County Opportunities Industrialization Center (Chester County OIC) President and CEO Javonna Wylie has been selected as one of Main Line Today’s Power Women of 2025, an honor celebrating exceptional women leaders across the region.

Each year, Main Line Today spotlights 20 honorees in its October issue, recognizing women who are shaping industries, inspiring communities, and leading with impact. Wylie’s inclusion reflects her outstanding leadership, vision, and commitment to driving meaningful change.

This year’s recognition will culminate in the Power Women Summit, scheduled for Oct. 23, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at The Drexelbrook Event Center in Drexel Hill. The highly anticipated annual event brings together more than 350 attendees for a day of networking, celebration, and inspiration. The summit will feature an Expo, a Celebration Luncheon, and a Fireside Chat with NBC10 Anchor Tracy Davidson and Forbes CEO Sherry Phillips as special guests.

Widely regarded as an annual sell-out, the Power Women Summit offers an inspiring opportunity to honor women leaders making a difference. Wylie’s recognition highlights not only her professional accomplishments but also her ability to empower others, foster collaboration, and drive innovation.

Wylie’s leadership continues to elevate the CCOIC, and the Coatesville-based nonprofit is thrilled to see her honored among such an impressive group of women leaders.
