Chester County residents have no shortage of local craft breweries to visit for a tasty sip, write staff for Main Line Today.
Here are four Chester County breweries offering delicious craft beer for both retail purchases and in-house dining.
Animated Brewing Co.—Coatesville. This craft brewery’s current tap list includes a West Coast IPA, a Belgian strong ale, and an American lager. The taproom is open Tuesday through Sunday, and offers a tasty menu by in-house collaborator Tastebudz On 82.
Artillery Brewing—West Chester. Try a wide range of patriotic-inspired beers at Artillery Brewing, which offers locations in West Chester, Drexel Hill, and Pottstown. The dine-in beer flight features five beers for $12, and in-house bites include a pub pretzel, grilled cheese, and fresh bruschetta.
Braeloch Brewing—Kennett Square. Kennett Square’s Braeloch offers a wide range of beers, from lagers to Hazy IPAs. The menu also includes a hot spiced apple cider wine and a wine slushee, in addition to tasty appetizers and entrées. The space itself also features live music and an outdoor beer garden.
East Branch Brewing—Downingtown. A local favorite, East Branch Brewing boasts sixteen beers on tap. The craft brewery produces on the first floor and serves on the second, and menu items also include cocktails, wine, and a full menu of both entrées and shareables.
