To celebrate its 45th anniversary, Sesame Place Philadelphia is welcoming back former employees for an Alumni Reunion, writes Marisa Magnatta for 93.3 WMMR.
On July 29, alumni can enjoy fun events and treats at the Langhorne theme park.
Crew and cast members will have free admission along with a special lunch. They will also have the chance to lead the Sesame Street Birthday Parade.
Guest passes will be available for purchase at a discounted price.
Sesame Place will be decorated with extra balloons and birthday decor to celebrate the anniversary. This year’s parade will include Sesame Street music from recent years alongside classic songs.
Special performances will be happening throughout the park, including an interactive birthday song and a birthday-themed story time. The Furry Friends Birthday Dance will also be taking place.
Those visiting can get pictures with their favorite Sesame Street friends dressed in their birthday attire.
