Developers recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new development of five modern million-dollar homes coming soon to Warrington, writes Lacey Latch for the Bucks County Courier Times.
The new development will be located along Elbow Lane. The custom homes within the Pace Way project, a small gated community, will span roughly 4,000 square feet.
Buyers can increase this by 1,000 square feet by adding an optional finished basement. Each home will include a two-car garage.
According to promotional materials for the development, the homes will start at $1.5 million. Prices will vary based on choices in finishes.
The homes are located in the Central Bucks School District.
Construction commenced on June 3 and is projected to finish next year following approximately 18 months of work.
