Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that enhance TLC’s online presence, engage the various communities it serves, and drive program awareness, participation, and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, content creation, campaign management, and the implementation of systems and tools to optimize marketing efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with TLC’s mission and goals, focusing on brand awareness, community engagement, and the promotion and growth of various programs. Create and execute multi-channel campaigns tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Content Creation and Management: Collaborate to develop engaging content across all marketing channels, including websites, social media, podcasts, video, email, and ads.
- SEO and SEM: Conduct website audits and optimize content for search engines and paid campaigns to increase visibility, site traffic, and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Develop and manage systems and workflows to support scalable growth across digital team functions. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness, trends, and make data-driven decisions. Create and manage dashboards, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to execute cohesive and impactful marketing efforts across numerous business units.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital communications are consistent with TLC’s brand voice, visual identity, and core values.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, and tracking expenses. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns in relation to ad spend using standard marketing performance metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve TLC’s digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of multi-channel digital marketing development, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Experience with CRM and EDM marketing systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with donor management software is a plus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Hospital-Based Social Worker
The Hospital-Based Social Worker will provide direct services to individuals affected by violence.
The social worker will assess client needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing evaluation of services. Reporting directly to the SVP, Community-Based Services, the successful candidate will have a strong commitment to public service.
This position is located in Pottstown.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individual treatment plans based on client needs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Enter direct and indirect services into Simple Practice and documentation into the Tower Health EPIC system, as needed, within 2-3 business days from the service.
• Maintain additional thorough and timely grant documentation according to TLC and Tower Health regulatory standards.
• Participate in community outreach and violence prevention and intervention initiatives.
• Collect client information to begin case files and case plans, as well as conduct intake assessments.
• Coordinate services for clients, including counseling, medical care, legal assistance, and other necessary resources.
• Advocate for clients and act as a liaison with community providers and agencies.
• Foster and promote communication between Tower Health, TLC, and community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Identify clients and family members in need of additional trauma support and provide prevention, referral, and treatment services.
• Provide home-based services to the families of clients as needed.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of social work practice.

Special Education Teacher
The Special Education Teacher position, which includes a generous sign-on bonus, works with students who have a wide range of socio-emotional and mental health needs and/or learning disabilities.
The Special Education Teacher develops and provides specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students, evaluates and assesses student progress against instructional objectives, follows PA-mandated due process procedures, and functions as IEP Manager to assigned students.
The Special Education Teacher, operating out of West Lawn, PA, must be able to work in a team environment with other educators, special education staff, counselors, and social workers. The Special Education Teacher should possess a high degree of authenticity, kindness, and empathy while effectively maintaining an environment conducive to academic and socioemotional growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Work with students in grades PreK-4 who have a wide variety of socioemotional and mental health needs and/or learning disabilities.
• Assess students’ skills to determine their needs and to develop teaching plans.
• Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities.
• Teach and mentor students as a class, in small groups, and one-on-one..
• Assess student progress and determine the need for additional reinforcement or adjustments to instructional techniques.
• Establish and maintain student control and discipline in the classroom, on school premises, or during school activities.
• Employ and implement a classroom structure to encourage student responsibility, cooperation, and mutual respect consistent with school policies and procedures.
• Provide consultation to classroom teachers regarding classroom adaptations, instructional modifications, adaptive equipment, behavior modification plans, and other similar instructional interventions to meet the needs of students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Educational Program (IEP) plans for students to include present levels of educational performance, special education needs, instructional goals and objectives, and the special education and related services required to meet those goals.
• Implement IEPs, assess students’ performance, and track their progress.
• Update IEPs throughout the school year to reflect students’ progress and goals.
• Discuss student’s progress with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators.
• Employ various teaching techniques, methods, and principles of learning to enable students to meet their IEP goals.
