Part-Time Concierge
Freedom Village is seeking a part-time Concierge to work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM on weekends and some weekdays.
The Independent Living Concierge team plays a key role in Freedom Village’s success. They greet residents, employees, and guests warmly, by name and professionally, and treat everyone with courteous respect.
They are a vital resource of medical knowledge for residents and staff when necessary to handle or support responding to medical emergencies within the independent living setting.
This position greets residents, employees, and guests and strives to anticipate their needs and act accordingly. They listen to medical concerns in an efficient manner. This person is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of emergency first aid and care rendered.
They are responsible for medication reminders and can assist in direct resident care as necessary. The Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant is an important component to the Hospitality Team striving to maintain the overall wellness of residents.

Registered Nurse
Freedom Village at Brandywine is hiring an RN to work Monday-Friday, 3 PM-11 PM. The starting range for RN’s is $40/hr plus shift differential. The actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency call lights, inside our skilled nursing center.
Team members provide extraordinary care and hold each other accountable.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Administer medication and treatments to residents of our healthcare center.
- Assist with the admission and discharge process.
- Keep the physician and family aware of change(s) in resident’s condition.
- Make rounds with physicians and transcribe orders.
- Assure continuity of services and care.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registered nurse with a current license in the community’s state.
- 6 months of experience in geriatric nursing/ Long Term Care.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Freedom Village at Brandywine is hiring multiple positions on all shifts – Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem.
The pay rate starts at $16/hour, with a shift differential for nights, evenings, and weekends.
Freedom Village is seeking Caregivers for its Personal Care Home. All caregivers must complete the Direct Care Competency training and provide a copy of their certificate at the time of hire. If you are not certified, Freedom Village will provide you with the opportunity to take and complete the course.
