Rawlinson will continue to oversee the company’s retail brands, including QVC, HSN, Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill, and Grandin Road, as well as its other interests.

Rawlinson said QVC Group will now focus on growth after completing its multiyear Project Athens turnaround plan, which resulted in “a more nimble and more profitable” company.

“As shopping grows quickly on social and streaming platforms, we are well positioned to use our exceptional content creation and selling capabilities to capture market share,” said Rawlinson.

QVC Group Chairman Greg Maffei stated that Rawlinson has shown “confidence and great vision” at the helm of the company.

“The board and I are confident he can lead QVC Group through its next chapter as we focus on growth and transforming into a live social shopping company,” he added.

The new WIN growth strategy aims to build on the legacy of television networks QVC and HSN, while intensifying the company’s efforts in social media and streaming.
