Three Chester County Craft Fairs to Visit this Spring 

With local artwork, live entertainment, and food vendors, these craft fairs and spring festivals make for the perfect weekend activity.

Here are three Chester County craft fairs to visit to find specialty handmade art while supporting local vendors. 

West Whiteland Township Spring Craft Fair—Exton. Taking place on May 3, Exton’s West Whiteland Township Spring Craft Fair offers free admission to all visitors. Items for sale at the event will include home goods, décor, clothing, and toys, as well as handbags, jewelry, and accessories perfect for Mother’s Day gifts.  

Spring Festival at Downingtown Vintage—Downingtown. Scheduled for May 10, Downingtown Vintage’s Spring Festival will feature food trucks and live entertainment in addition to vendors. Items for sale will include homewares and pieces from local artists, and half of the event’s proceeds will benefit the Messiah Lutheran Church. 

Dogwood Festival & Parade—Phoenixville. Running from May 14 through May 17, Phoenixville’s annual Dogwood Festival will feature food, games, rides, and live entertainment, in addition to local vendors will a variety of goods. The festival will also feature the Dogwood Beer Garden during the evening each day of the event.
