With 2024 coming to an end, Chester County community members and businesses are ready to celebrate New Year’s activities, write Gina Lizzo and Ben Silver for Main Line Today.
Here is a list of five local festivities for both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
9 Prime Steakhouse in West Chester — 9 Prime’s New Year’s Eve party begins at 9 PM and will feature live music and a 1920s theme. Partygoers can pay $50 per ticket for entry, appetizers, and cash bar access.
Midnight in the Square in Kennett Square — Now a twelve-year annual tradition, Midnight in the Square will feature live entertainment, a laser light show, and a midnight ball drop with a lighted mushroom.
Anti-New Year’s Eve Bash at Levante Brewing Company in West Chester — For those uninterested in typical New Year’s Eve festivities, Levante Brewing Co. offers a casual evening event from 5 PM to 10 PM complete with food trucks and a live DJ.
New Year’s Eve with Basic Cable at 118 North in Wayne — 118 North’s New Year’s Eve celebration features a $75 general admission ticket that includes a food and drink package. The event will feature live music by Basic Cable, a Philadelphia-based 1980s tribute band.
White Dog Café Pajama Bruch in Chester Springs — White Dog Café will offer its annual Pajama Brunch on Jan. 1, across all locations including Wayne, Chester Springs, and Glen Mills.
