Jake Verna, Director of Business Development and Realtor at VRA Realty, recently sat down to chat with Realtor and Team Leader Rob Lawrence on his podcast, The Highest and Best YOU.
Lawrence, who is licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware and based out of West Chester, emphasizes that his primary focus is helping clients build wealth through real estate and enjoys helping people find Realtors all over the country for investing or buying/selling their primary home.
In his discussion with Verna, Lawrence shares how he got interested in real estate investing through sales training and Robert Kiyosaki’s book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, as it opened his eyes to the importance of building assets.
“The moment the veil was lifted from my eyes, everything about assets became clear,” stated Lawrence. “I realized I had spent my life building other people’s wealth instead of my own. That clarity ignited a fire in me to deeply study real estate investing. To gain even more insight, I decided to get licensed — why not equip myself with every possible tool? Once I understood the power of building assets, everything clicked. It wasn’t just a spark of interest; it became an obsession, fueled by passion and a drive to create something lasting for myself.”
