Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers has opened sales at its 280-townhome development in Malvern, with the first move-in homes scheduled to be ready by next month, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal. 

Toll Brothers purchased the parcel at 367 Old Morehall Road in July last year from Knickerbocker Lands for $33 million. The site is located just north of Route 202. 

The development is called Anfield at Malvern. There buyers can choose from three versions of luxury townhomes that range from 1,825 square feet to 2,995 square feet. The properties have between three and four bedrooms, 2.5 and 3.5 bathrooms, and one- or two-car garages. 

Anfield at Malvern will include walking trails, a clubhouse, and a dog park, along with an outdoor pool and pickleball courts. 

The prices start at $649,392, $749,995, and $834,995 for the three townhome designs, based on square footage. 

The entire area covers 123 acres, with over 56 acres being used for the development. The remaining 66 acres are reserved for open space and walking trails that will be open to the public and maintained by the Anfield homeowners association.
