CCRES Awards Scholarship to Adrian Gil Zapata for Graphic Design Studies
CCRES announced Adrian Gil Zapata was one of several recent recipients of a scholarship from its Dr. Michael J. Kelly Pathways Scholarships Program.
The scholarship program was created in 2023, awarding grants to qualifying students, enabling them to attend post-secondary educational institutions, including career and technical schools.
While the awards can apply to traditional colleges and universities, they also can fund attendance at trade schools such as licensed practical nursing, cosmetology, construction and technology programs.
Awards can also pay for certification exams, special fees or tools and equipment associated with a student’s course work or academic program.
Several scholarships were given out in the past few weeks.
Adrian will use his scholarship for supplies and tuition as he pursues his career goal to become a graphic designer.
CCRES is dedicated to providing exceptional educational and behavioral health services across Berks, Bucks, Chester, Cumberland, Delaware, Montgomery, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Philadelphia counties.
Its mission is to ensure quality educational and human service programs for children, families, and schools, in addition to grant opportunities.
