Hankin Group plans to break ground on a 63,000-square-foot life sciences building this fall at Eagleview in Exton located at 100 Arrowhead Drive. The new project, aptly named “Arrowhead,” comes after the real estate developer recently welcomed tenants to its new, 113,000-square-foot life sciences building and is in direct response to that building’s near sell-out of existing lab space.

Hankin’s Eagleview Corporate Center consists of 30 commercial buildings encompassing 2.5 million sq. ft. of commercial space, including a 10,000 sq. ft. Innovation Center, where entrepreneurs and start-ups can explore life sciences. Eagleview was built following the urbanism movement, promoting environmentally friendly habits and containing a wide range of house and job types.
