Habitat for Humanity of Chester County Partners with The Foxwynd Foundation To Offer Affordable Housing

HFHCC has partnered with The Foxwynd Foundation to provide decent, affordable housing to deserving families in the Coatesville community.

Habitat for Humanity of Chester County (HFHCC) has entered a transformative partnership with The Foxwynd Foundation, made possible through their Donor Advised Fund (DAF).

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in our mission to provide decent, affordable housing to deserving families in the Coatesville community. The Foxwynd Foundation DAF funded the Foxwynd Foundation’s generous donation to Habitat for Humanity of Chester County.

Funding from The Foxwynd Foundation will empower Habitat for Humanity of Chester County to construct homes for three hard-working families in Coatesville. The donation covers essential building costs, including excavation and foundation, lumber, roofing materials and installation, windows, siding, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work, flooring, kitchen and bathroom finishes, painting, and appliances. This generous support ensures that these families will soon have safe, stable homes where they can build their futures.

“This partnership with The Foxwynd Foundation is a powerful testament to their commitment to making a lasting impact in our community,” said Chris Wiseman, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Chester County. “Together, we are not just building homes; we are providing hope and a foundation for a brighter future for families who deserve a hand up.”

The Foxwynd Foundation’s support underscores their dedication to addressing critical housing needs and empowering families to break the cycle of poverty. By investing in Habitat for Humanity of Chester County’s mission, the Foundation is championing sustainable solutions that create lasting change.

“We are deeply grateful to The Foxwynd Foundation for their partnership and belief in our mission,” added Wiseman. “Their contribution will enable us to continue our work of building strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.”
