Seedcopa + SeedcoDE, serving all of Pennsylvania and Delaware as the lending affiliate of the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC), has named Holly Graver as Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer.
Graver comes to Seedcopa + SeedcoDE after the Certified Development Company was ranked for a fourth consecutive year as the No. 1 SBA 504 Lender in Eastern Pennsylvania by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Graver previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Brandywine Division of Fulton Bank, where she has supported small- to mid-market commercial lending since 2010. She was previously a Senior Vice President at National Penn Bank focusing on new business development.
“If you do business in southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware, then you likely already know Holly from her highly respected work enhancing relationships with bankers, accountants, attorneys and additional business leaders while forging deep connections and support for her community,” said Seedcopa + SeedcoDE Managing Director Sherwood Robbins. “Holly is a dynamic addition to Seedcopa + SeedcoDE whose knowledge of what lenders require to close loans is only matched by her ability to inspire borrowers to take the next steps to expand their businesses.”
Graver said, “I’ve spent most of my career in commercial lending, and when I ask lenders what they appreciate most, they repeatedly tell me it’s the connections I make that are always in the best interests of the client. I’m looking forward to continuing that support of lenders, with a deep understanding of what qualifies as an SBA 504 loan and a reputation for giving business back.”
Graver grew up in Hockessin, DE and Landenberg, PA, where she attended Avon Grove High School. She went on to earn her B.S. in Business Administration from Juniata College and is a resident of West Chester, PA and Millsboro, DE.
Active in community outreach for decades, Graver was recognized with the Gary R. Community Impact Award by the West Chester Area YMCA in 2019 for her extensive volunteer work. She has served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Brandywine for 10 years. She has also served as a board member for the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, including as Board Chair.
In 2015, the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry (CCCBI) named Graver the Female Business Leader of the Year.
