Grow Your Business with a Great Rate from the State

By

Through the end of the year, eligible companies in Chester County may apply for low-interest loans and lines of credit from the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) which is administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED).

Currently, a special interest rate of 2% is available through December 21, 2017 or until the allocated funds are exhausted, whichever comes first.

As certified economic development organization (CEDO), the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) is your local partner in administering the PIDA loan program.  For eligible projects within Chester County, CCEDC will prepare and submit your loan package to the state.

PIDA financing may be used for the following:

  • Land and building acquisitions
  • Construction and renovation costs
  • Machinery and equipment purchases
  • Working capital and accounts receivable lines of credit
  • Working capital term loans.

To learn more about loan terms, eligible industries/projects, and other loan details, please contact the Chester County Economic Development Council’s Sherwood Robbins at 610.321.8241, visit the PIDA website or download the PIDA Fact Sheet.
