The Colonial Theatre’s Board of Directors has introduced a new, three-year strategic plan. The comprehensive roadmap outlines new mission, vision, and values statements and identifies four areas, or pillars, of focus:

• Financial Sustainability
• Programming
• A Pre-Restoration Plan
• Community Citizen & Engagement

The project results from over a year of work with the support of Niche Partnership Consulting. Extensive interview feedback, a workshop session with volunteers, community partners, board, and staff, and the tireless efforts of the organization’s strategic planning committee all contributed to the final product.

With this new plan in place, The Colonial Theatre will continue to serve the arts programming needs of the greater Phoenixville community.
