Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens in Devon, located near Valley Forge National Historical Park, features thousands of rhododendrons and azaleas that are in bloom right now. You can also walk woodland trails covered in wildflowers.

Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square is one of the most lauded gardens in the nation for a good reason. The space that was envisioned by du Pont gets more theatrical with each improvement. It boasts water-fountain displays fit for Versailles and a mind-boggling array of flowers, among many other amazing displays.

Among the highlights is the Gatsby-esque Conservatory with rooms filled with huge hanging planters, orchids, and fruit trees.

Meanwhile, at Chanticleer in Wayne, you can take a looping tour around the world on its mile-long garden path. Highlights include the Teacup Garden, the neatly planted cut flower and vegetable garden, and the Ruin Garden with partial stone walls, reflecting pools, sculptures, and trees.
