Vice President, Corporate Communications Manager

This position will manage strategic enterprise communications to employees and oversee senior executive and corporate brand presence to external audiences. He/she will lead the development, management, and execution of internal communications across the company’s suite of internal communication channels — including the enterprise intranet, newsletters, email announcements, alert platform, and all-employee meetings. Through this effort, the individual ensures all employees are well-informed, engaged with Firstrust’s corporate values, and are empowered to contribute to its collective success. The role will effectively promote senior executive and brand presence in the marketplace through PR, earned media, and corporate sponsorship activities in the marketplace.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, English, or related field, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in internal/corporate communications, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. He/she will have outstanding writing, editing, and digital/social communication skills, with an adeptness at using storytelling to make complex information engaging and accessible. The person will be experienced with digital communication tools and platforms.

Loan Servicing Specialist

This position will assist in the development of new business for the bank and is alert to expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. He/she directs customers to the appropriate person to open an account and actively sells and promotes corporate products to potential and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or accounting and three to five years of experience in business loan servicing. He/she will have strong work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to work on a team, as well as a demonstrated commitment to quality service.

Commercial Relationship Manager — Specialty Lending

This position will develop, maintain, and expand commercial banking relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. He/she acts as primary banker and facilitator for all bank capabilities to a portfolio of commercial relationships, both credit and non-credit. The person documents and closes approved loan requests in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, and sound banking practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field and five or more years of commercial lending experience. He/she will have knowledge of and the ability to identify, engage, and create opportunities in the market. The person will also have strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
