Curtis L. “Curt” Sebastian has joined Lamb McErlane PC’s Municipal Law department.

Sebastian’s practice includes a wide variety of municipal, regulatory, land use, and environmental matters. He will assist in advising townships, boroughs, school districts, and municipal authorities.

Before joining Lamb McErlane, Sebastian was the Assistant General Counsel for the Susquehanna River Basin Commission. Throughout his legal career, Sebastian has been involved in environmental regulation, with a diverse array of practice areas in water law, environmental regulation, administrative law, bankruptcy, property law, and litigation preparation.

Sebastian earned his undergraduate degree from William and Mary, his MA from the University of Delaware, and his JD from West Virginia University College of Law. Sebastian is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Chester County Bar Association. He will practice out of the firm’s West Chester and Oxford locations.
