Four Chester County zip codes are among the most expensive in Pennsylvania, according to Zillow data. As homes are becoming more expensive, the average value is $257,511 in the state, writes Michelle Rotuno-Johnson for Patch.
Thirty-three of the most expensive zip codes are in the Philadelphia region.
The highest-ranking zip code in Chester County is Berwyn’s 19312 with an average home value of $864,951.
Devon’s 19333 ranked at no. 12. The area saw an average home value of $757,435.
Following shortly after is Wayne’s 19087 in the fifteenth spot at an average home price of $725,508.
Malvern’s 19355 came in at no. 20 with an average home value of $690,681.
