Coatesville native Jose Colon is the Owner of America’s Finest Automotive Concepts/C’ville Tires LLC, where he mounts new or used tires on customer vehicles, details vehicles, and installs audio systems.

“The most enjoyable aspect of my job is the ability to help all my customers in different ways, whether it’s ensuring their safety on the road, bringing their vehicle back to life after a nice cleaning, or seeing their satisfied expressions after receiving their car back from getting work done by us,” said Colon.

Colon began working at the age of 15 at Oasis gas station on Airport Road. He attended Coatesville High School, graduating in 2010. He then attended the Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Philadelphia, graduating in 2013.

Other than family, Colon credits his former bosses with having a big impact on my career.

“Their teaching, guidance, and lessons have been a great blessing to my growth now as a business owner,” he said. “I have been able to take all their experiences and combine them to help me in my own day-to-day encounters.”

Colon expressed that his proudest professional achievement is being able to say he is a business owner in his hometown of Coatesville.

“My proudest professional accomplishment is honestly just being able to say, ‘I am a proud owner of three growing businesses, with many more on the way.’ And having them all be based out of my hometown of Coatesville is just a blessing,” he said.

Colon’s favorite Chester County restaurant is Antojitos Criollos in Coatesville.

Colon and the rest of the 2024 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, May 9 at Penn State Great Valley.
