Software firm Boomi officially finalized the relocation of its headquarters from Chesterbrook to a larger space in Conshohocken.

Software firm Boomi officially finalized the relocation of its headquarters from Chesterbrook to Conshohocken earlier this week, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The company’s new home spans 42,000 square feet across two floors and has room for around 160 employees.

The move, which is the company’s largest real estate investment to date, provided Boomi with an opportunity to revamp its workspace and placed it in a location attractive to young talent.

The new office is next to Cencora’s Conshohocken campus and near several other software and tech competitors, such as Suvoda, Oracle Hospitality, and Bridgenext.

Boomi has an eight-year lease at the new building that is owned by Brandywine Realty Trust and it has the option to expand the space as the company grows.

CEO Steve Lucas said that the new space will be treated as “a town hall as much as an office.”

“We kind of looked at the heat map and what worked well for our employee base, but also where we could acquire or attract great talent as well,” he added. “This is not just about who we have today that works for Boomi, but who we want to have.”
