Dunwoody Village Welcomes John Dubyk to New CFO Position

John Dubyk joins Dunwoody Village in his new position as chief financial officer.

Dunwoody Village welcomes John Dubyk as its new Chief Financial Officer. Dubyk assumed this newly-created position as of January 21, 2024.

Dubyk has a long history of working in finance and leadership positions in not-for-profit CCRC organizations.  Most recently, he served The Philadelphia Protestant Home (PPH) for 13 years: as President & CEO for four years, as CFO for three years, and as controller for six years. In those roles, he focused his attention on strategic planning, board development, succession planning, and financial operations.

Dubyk has served in similar financial leadership roles at Friends Village at Woodstown, the Lutheran Community at Telford, and Frederick Living. He is a graduate of LaSalle University with a BS in accounting and an MBA with an emphasis in finance.

Dubyk is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has completed the Leading Age PA Fellows in Leadership Program.

As CFO, John Dubyk will focus on strategic planning as well as financial modeling and analysis. 

“This year, Dunwoody is celebrating 50 years as a CCRC and 100 years providing care to our community,” Casey reflected. “John’s experience and financial acumen will further strengthen our ability to provide care, service, and amenities in our community for many years to come.”
