Cochranville native Andrew Skrabak recently fulfilled his longtime dream by launching Creekside Coffee Roasting Company.

After over a decade in the food and beverage industry, Cochranville native Andrew Skrabak fulfilled his longtime dream by launching Creekside Coffee Roasting Company in Landenberg, writes Richard Gaw for the Chester County Press

Skrabak held on to his idea of starting his own specialty coffee roasting company as his career progressed steadily from developing products for an organic yogurt manufacturer to overseeing new product development for a coffee franchising company — and plenty in between.

He started Creekside Coffee Roasting in April 2023.

“Having the intersection of what I did professionally and my ideas as an entrepreneur dovetail, I began to realize that coffee was the perfect marriage,” said Skrabak

He partnered with Royal New York to source products from family coffee farmers in Costa Rica, Honduras, and Brazil. He prepares his coffee at the Landenberg Store using a machine aimed specifically at roasting small batches to ensure premium quality. Currently, his products are supplied and sold at ten locations.

He is planning to expand throughout the region, which will be made easier once he completes the acquisition of a mobile coffee van, which will enable him to appear at public events.
