The First-Ever Chesco Prom Lets You Relive Prom Night and Help Safe Harbor
Can you remember the last time you got dressed to the nines and danced the night away? Now’s your chance to get back out onto the dance floor.
The John Patrick & Patrick Williams Team, Keller Williams Realty-Greater West Chester, is hosting the first-ever Chesco Prom at White Manor Country Club on Nov. 17 to benefit Safe Harbor in West Chester.
The prom night will run from 5 to 10 PM. The White Manor Country Club is located at 831 Providence Road in Malvern.
The evening starts at 5 with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and, of course, prom photos at the photo booth.
Dinner will be served at 6 PM, with dancing following from 7 to 10 PM.
This adult-only prom night is the perfect excuse to rent the runway, break out your old suit, and dance like it’s 2002.

Safe Harbor of Chester County has been serving men and women experiencing homelessness since 1995.
It offers clean and safe housing, as well as laundry, shower facilities, clothing, and personal care items in a stable and enriching environment.
Residents receive a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, and the community lunch program serves anyone in the community six days a week.
Safe Harbor offers on-site case management services and collaborates through partnerships with other human services agencies, including job training and employment placement; weekly life training (i.e., conflict resolution, banking/budgeting, etc.); health, financial, and legal services.
The funds raised through this event will go toward helping Safe Harbor expand its operations and provide its residents with new offerings.
Their aspirations for the near future include:
-Creating structured and productive day programming for residents during daytime hours, including offering support services for mental health issues, substance abuse, and domestic violence
-Becoming a resource and referral center, offering skill-building classes and real-life training, including rental preparatory classes and trauma-informed care
-Offering comprehensive follow-along services once an individual exits the shelter, including home visits, resource packages, and case management services to mitigate the risks associated with having a history of homelessness.
