The Friends Association is hosting its 35^th Annual West Chester Charity Ball on Saturday, Dec. 2, at the West Chester Golf and Country Club.

Tickets are available now.

The party is back this year as the charity ball features heavy hors d’oeuvres, a live band, dancing, and strolling entertainment with live and silent auctions.

The Ball takes place from 6:30 to 10:30 PM. The country club is located at 111 W. Ashbridge Street in West Chester.

Silent Auction

A silent auction is available online for anyone, even if you are not a guest at the Charity Ball. The auction will open the first week of December and conclude at 9:30 PM on Dec. 2, 2023. This is a great way to support the work of the Friends Association if you are unable to attend the Charity Ball.

Jewelry Raffle

A raffle is being held to win vintage-inspired diamond earrings donated by Kaplans Fine Jewelry.

The earrings have 134 brilliant round diamonds totaling .40 carats.

Both earrings have a baguette diamond totaling .09 carats in the drop to draw the eye.

The diamonds are set in bright 14-karat white gold. The total retail value is $2,000.

Tickets for the Jewelry Raffle are $40 each or three for $100.

A 35-year tradition

The West Chester Charity Ball has supported the local community through the generosity of its sponsors, committee members, and attendees.

Together again in person, the Charity Ball will celebrate the tradition of giving back to neighbors during the holiday season.

Proceeds of the event benefit Friends Association in its mission to end homelessness in Cheser County for families with children.

You can join them by becoming a Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze sponsor, with sponsorship amounts ranging from $7,500 to $500.

Sponsors receive complimentary tickets and ads or acknowledgments in the program book, along with other benefits, depending on the level of sponsorship chosen.
