CCRES instructional assistant Randie Edleman has been working for CCRES for eight years at Bancroft Elementary School in the Kennett Consolidated School District in Chester County.

The principal at Bancroft Elementary describes Edleman as “a valuable member of the Bancroft family.”

“She is a proactive and dedicated IA.  Randie is always looking for ways to improve in her practice and make our systems run smoother,  Leah McComsey said.

She described Edleman as an integral member of the school.

Edleman volunteers on the Instructional Leadership Team and “offers a unique perspective to the progress we are making on our school goals,” McComsey said.

Randie Edleman is thankful that CCRES was able to place her “in this fantastic school.”

“It has been so fulfilling helping so many children both academically and socially,” she said.

She describes the staff and students as exceptional.

Outside of her work as an instructional assistant, Edleman enjoys taking walks and running, as well as reading and spending time with her family, which includes her adorable pet bunny.

CCRES is a non-profit human resources organization that partners with intermediate units, school districts, and behavioral health programs to provide support staff working with children and adults with special needs.
