After several delays and code changes that accompanied the transformation of a former bike shop into a sandwich joint, Fire Nashville Hot Chicken arrived in West Chester, writes Ed Williams for Main Line Today

The eatery, operated by Rocco DiPasquale and Jamie Gaffney, has been well worth the wait for lovers of spicy chicken.

The sandwiches are almost double-fisted in size and start with brioche rolls and premium boneless chicken thighs that have been marinated for 24 hours in a buttermilk brine.

“The chicken is deep-fried in canola oil, then dry-rubbed with a mixture of spices to personalize each sandwich,” said Gaffney.

There are also several toppings to choose from, including slaw, sauces, and pickles.

Other menu items include Gouda mac-and-cheese bites, loaded tater tots, and much more.
