Sonal Parekh Joins Lamb McErlane’s Health Law Department

Sonal Parekh has joined Lamb McErlane PC as an associate in its Health Law department. Her practice will include a broad range of healthcare regulatory-related issues and transactional matters on behalf of healthcare systems and practices, physicians, dentists, and other healthcare providers.

Parekh earned her JD from Penn State Dickinson Law School and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is actively engaged in numerous professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division (YLD) where she serves as Chair of the Health Law Committee, a Liaison for the Health Law Section, and an Early Career Representative for the Life Sciences Interest Group.

Parekh is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Chester County Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association, and American Health Lawyers Association. She will be based at the firm’s West Chester location.
