Integrated Marketing Specialist
This position will provide overall day-to-day service and support of the marketing team to the eastern PA market, identify key market opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and advertising, establish and maintain partner relationships, and assist in event planning and execution. Other duties include coordinating distribution of marketing materials and managing the vendor contact.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or better, and at least five years experience in marketing, sales, and/or project management. Candidates should be a team player, the ability to work independently, and be detail-oriented.
This position calls on brokers, realtors, builders, developers, and other centers of influence regularly, works with low to moderate income branches in their MSA to educate on CRA, and interviews potential mortgage loan customers. Other duties include monitoring market area for interest rates and products and working with organizations to provide and teach home ownership classes and seminars.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or better, and at least five years experience in down payment assistance programs and sales, ideally. Candidates should have their National Mortgage License and be knowledgeable in products, processes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements in conjunction with mortgage regulations and bank policies and practices.
This position perform business development activities for high net worth segment of the bank, focusing on loans, both security and secured loans, deposit, and Assets Under Management, as well as work with clients to meet their financial goals and objectives. Other responsibilities involve identifying potential high net worth prospects and working with Premier Bankers to assure proper account “fit” and account set up.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree with at least ten years of general business experience and five to ten years of experience selling financial products to the high net worth segment. Candidates should be motivated by goal completion and the ability to make an impact. Additionally, candidates should be enthusiastic and dedicated individuals.
