Chester County OIC to Host Summer Solstice Gala, With Proceeds Benefitting Community

The Chester County OIC will host the Summer Solstice Gala, one of its most important fundraising events of the year, on June 23 from 5 PM – 9PM at the Coatesville County Club, located at 143 Reservoir Rd in Coatesville.

In operation since 1979, the CCOIC helps over 800 adults per year. This event is a chance for attendees to learn about programs, get to know staff and help raise money to improve and strengthen our education and career programs for the betterment of Chester County.

Become a sponsor or buy your ticket today to help support the CCOIC’s mission of providing free adult basic literacy education and life skills programs that prepare individuals for employment and economic self-sufficiency.

Sponsorship opportunities include:

  • Platinum sponsor: a corporate signage display, 8 tickets for a table, full page advertising, promotional materials, and more
  • Gold sponsor: 8 tickets for a table, full page advertising, promotional materials, and more
  • Silver sponsor: 4 tickets for half a table, half page of advertising, and more

Tickets cost $150. The dress code is “evening brilliant,” so all guests should prepare to look their best!

All proceeds go towards benefitting programs, grants, classes, and working materials to help adults thrive in the Chester County area. Programs and classes funded by the gala include adult tutoring, distance learning, work enclave program, and learning english as a second language.
