West Chester-based QVC is teaming up with the stars to support accessible products. Actress and disability advocate Selma Blair is emerging as the television network’s brand ambassador for a new shopping category that features accessible products for people with disabilities, writes Anne Stych for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

In 2018, the Legally Blonde actress announced her Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis, and she later became the Chief Creative Officer at the cosmetic company Guide Beauty. This company has alternative methods of applying makeup for people with disabilities.

A 2021 documentary film, Introducing Selma Blair, follows her journey with MS.

In addition to accessible products, QVC will also introduce Accessible Living, a show that features accessible home products. In addition to Blair, QVC will also partner with disability advocate Maura Hurton as the disability and inclusion consultant.
