PennDOT Working to Fill Potholes on These Eight Chester County Roads
PennDOT is filling as many potholes as possible on around 40 state highways in Southeastern Pennsylvania, including eight in Chester County, as the winter season winds down, write Dan Stamm and Hannah Gross for NBC10 Philadelphia.
However, these road repairs will cause some slowdowns and lane closures in the region.
“Motorists are advised to be alert of this moving operation and to expect intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns when driving near work crews,” said PennDOT.
Chester County routes being addressed include Route 3 in West Chester Borough, Route 41 in Londonderry Township, Merlin Road in Charlestown Township, Birchrun Road in West Vincent Township, Art School Road in West Pikeland Township, Hopewell Road in East Nottingham Township, Reeceville Road in Caln Township, and Newark Road in New London Township.
