Administrative Assistant

This position will collaborate with a team of professionals in a positive and supportive environment. You will prepare, proof, and track items essential to the success of our projects. Exceptional interpersonal skills and Microsoft Office Suite expertise are necessary to coordinate with coworkers, schedule meetings, prioritize work, create/update templates, work in spreadsheets, and complete assignments.

The ideal candidates will have three to five years of relevant experience. Candidates should have high-level computer skills, including working with Bluebeam (or a similar PDF program) and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and a customer focus — both internal and external.

CAD Technician

This position will support the Civil Engineering Department in the preparation of Land Development plans, assist with technical design, and provide support to the design engineers.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of engineering design and AutoCAD/Civil 3D drafting experience. Candidates should have knowledge of drafting techniques, standard engineering practices, a basic understanding of the land development approval process, and fundamental grading, E&S, and stormwater management practices.

Project Manager — Land Development

This position will work with a small team of professionals who are thinkers and designers. You will plan, direct, and complete challenging and exciting land development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and a minimum of five years of relevant experience with the land development approval process, including management of projects or task assignments. Candidates should have the ability to lead and inspire teams of people across the organization in a collaborative way and delegate work appropriately to staff.
