Chester County is home to an abundance of breweries, and some are making waves, writes Jim Paktson for PhillyBite Magazine.

Victory Brewing Company is one of the top breweries to visit in the Philadelphia area. With three locations across the county, it is considered one of the largest craft breweries in the U.S.

Their beer is sold in Pennsylvania and in 35 other states, as well as being exported to ten countries.

It’s headquartered in Downingtown. This taproom list incorporates European ingredients with an American twist. Their Brotherly Love Hazy IPA uses citrus notes to give it a fruity flavor. The menu also includes pilsners and Belgians.

Customers at the Parkesburg taproom can take a tour of the brewhouse to see how the beer is made. They can also taste test each beer by ordering a flight. Their third taproom is in Kennett Square.
