The Pennsylvania State Senate confirmed Lamb McErlane PC Chairman and Managing Partner Joel L. Frank for his third four-year term as a Commissioner on the State Athletic Commission.

Governor Tom Corbett (R) nominated Frank for his initial term and Governor Tom Wolf (D) nominated Frank for his second and third terms. There are three commissioners on the State Athletic Commission which oversees boxing, mixed martial arts, kick-boxing, and wrestling of professionals and amateurs throughout the Commonwealth.

Frank is actively involved in the community serving on the boards of the Philadelphia Zoo, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, Mid-Penn Bank, and the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry.

At Lamb McErlane, Frank serves as Chairman, Managing Partner, and Executive Committee Chairman. He concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts, attorney and judicial discipline and ethical matters, as well as election law.
