The Arc of Chester County, through its Comprehensive Employment Services (CES) program, helps to support transition-age youth (14-21 years old) and adults with disabilities to find and maintain employment in their communities.

CES also works with businesses to employ, train, and supervise individuals to help them meet their job responsibilities.

The Arc’s CES Program provides job seekers with disabilities the support they need in the workforce to successfully overcome social, economic, intellectual, or physical barriers and ensure they reach their full potential.

One of The Arc’s business partners is Bistro on Bridge which was presented with The Arc’s Employer of the Year Award at the 2022 Annual Meeting in June.

Bistro on Bridge has been serving an inventive food menu, the finest selection of beer, and tasty libations in a relaxed atmosphere that crafts the perfect backdrop for dining, socializing or any special occasion in downtown Phoenixville.

The Arc of Chester County also nominated Bistro on Bridge for this year’s “WE ARE WORTH IT!” award presented by Pennsylvania Advocacy and Resources for Autism and Intellectual Disability (PAR).

The Arc was thrilled that one of its valuable business partners, Bistro on Bridge, was selected as a recipient of this prestigious award for 2022.
