The popular Oxford Presbyterian Church Apple Festival will return on Sept. 24 to once more bring the community together for a day of fun and fellowship, writes Steven Hoffman for the Chester County Press

The festival was originally started in 1989 as a fundraiser to help rebuild the church after a fire. However, over the years it has grown into something much more – an event that brings together both the church family and the entire Oxford community.

“As the world emerges from the isolation created by the pandemic, it is more important than ever to embrace these opportunities to reconnect with our neighbors in meaningful ways,” said Neeley Spotts, who is co-chairing this year’s festival with Bethany Atkinson.

The festival will offer many delicious apple foods and plenty of activities appropriate for the whole family.
