King of Prussia-based InHome Therapy has continued its rapid national expansion with the acquisition of two Texas-based therapy providers, writes John George for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The provider of physical, occupational, and speech therapy to homebound patients has already expanded into eight new markets over the past year. The most recent deals involve North Texas Home Therapy Professionals and Remedy Therapy Staffing.

“One of our key strategies is to expand our footprint through acquisitions, so we are actively looking for strong companies that can fit into our network,” said Rick Anglin, InHome Therapy’s corporate development officer. “We are poised for significant growth nationwide because we are focused on patient outcomes and providing all the resources and tools therapists need to deliver sustainable and measurable results.”

InHome Therapy officially launched in May 2020 with backing from Radnor-based NewSpring Healthcare. It is currently closing a Series 1A round that is expected to bring in more than $11.5 million.

“Some of the money will be used for acquisitions and some will be used for investments in technology (to support therapists),” said Matthew Murphy, CEO of InHome Therapy.
