Rubenstein Partners, a Philadelphia-based real estate firm, bought the Chesterbrook corporate park three years ago and spent $10 million developing part of it into the Circuit.

Now, the company continues to make progress on attracting new tenants and working individuals to the once-vacant office building, writes Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Located at 851 Duportail Road, the 41,331-square-foot space was converted to include amenities such as a fitness center, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, conference rooms, and a game room.

With 14 office buildings and a network of trails throughout the campus, the Circuit is meant to be a central area and gathering place for tenants. About half of the space is devoted to co-working.

Rubenstein is hoping to add more tenants after AmerisourceBergen relocated to Conshohocken from its 200,000 square feet in Chesterbrook.

“The amenity center was crucial in procuring the tenants we have signed,” said Steve Card, a principal at Rubenstein. “It was extremely important for these tenants to see construction go forward on it and now being able to tour new tenants through it.”
