A new luxury apartment complex with 218 units has officially opened in Downingtown, with the first round of tenants already settling in, writes Fran Maye for the Daily Local News.

Called Woodbine, the complex is located at 101 Woodbine Road and offers 29 different floor plans. The size and price range from studio apartments for $1,470 per month to three-bedroom apartments at $2,960 per month.

“It’s in a great location,” said Alexandra Warner, property manager for Woodbine. “It’s just minutes from the heart of Downingtown, and all the units have modern features.”

The complex, which adjoins Downingtown Country Club, includes courtyard lounges and fire pits, a bark park, and a pet grooming facility, along with the nearby six-acre park. It also has a pool with a sundeck and outdoor grilling stations.

Inside, the complex features numerous amenities, ranging from a billiards lounge area and a resident bar with a large-screen TV to individual work pods and a den with a fireplace furnished in the style of the 1960s and 1970s.

A fitness center, multi-purpose yoga room, conference meeting room, and a multi-media theatre room are also among the other amenities offered by Woodbine.
