Finance/Human Resources Manager
This position is responsible for analyzing and preparing financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, preparing payroll and issuing bi-weekly paychecks, and overseeing annual budget and auditing processes. Other duties include managing organizational cash flow, implementing contracts and financial management/reporting system, and inputting information into Quickbooks. Responsibilities also include serving as the primary contact for all managers and employees pertaining to human resources.
An ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a finance- or business-related field and at least five years of professional experience, including broad financial and operations management experience. He/she must be a multi-tasker with analytic, organization, and problem-solving skills. This person will be technology savvy with the ability to translate financial concepts to colleagues who may not have financial backgrounds.
