Mid Penn Bank has appointed Justin Manning as Senior Vice President and Regional President of its Lancaster region. In his role, he will report to Executive Vice President and Central Pennsylvania Market President Heather Hall.
Manning will be instrumental in the delivery of the bank’s commercial, treasury, insurance, and wealth services.
“We are thrilled to welcome Justin, as he brings the exact experience in commercial lending and treasury management services that we need to further enhance our existing Lancaster team,” said Hall. “We have tremendous enthusiasm and momentum building in Lancaster, and Justin will play a key role in taking us to the next level in the region.”
Most recently, Manning was Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at S&T Bank, after having spent much of his banking career with PNC Bank.
Manning holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has earned the Certified Treasury Professional designation.
