Jon Bucsok, the Strategic Accounts Project Manager at Chester Springs-based Unlimited Technology, is one of Security Systems News’ 40 Under 40, writes Cory Harris for the monthly publication that covers the security industry.

Bucsok, 34, followed in the footsteps of his father and brother, who are both in the industry. It was under their guidance that he made it to where he is today. 

“Over time, I developed an understanding of how to engineer a system just by looking at the routine bill of materials,” he said of the time he spent as a Field Technician. “In this team lead position, I began to see and respect how people process and execute work very differently, an insight that is paramount to my role today.” 

Over the years, he has come to understand the connection between IT and security and how it affects the daily operations of companies, no matter their size.  

“My company counts on me to go above and beyond the strict project scope, making judgment calls that best meet the needs of our clients,” said Bucsok.
